Co-op:
Held at Family Heritage Church. Dchea's homeschool co-op offers a place where Christian families can share their academic goals, morals, religious beliefs and social behaviors weekly. This intersection allows students to experience similar belief and social structures from observation and interaction with other homeschooling families.
Teen Scene:
These events are specifically designed for Dchea homeschooling teens, age 13 to 18, to socialize in fun, safe, and like minded settings. These events are typically not educational, but SOCIAL.
Tweeners:
These events are designed for pre-teen students to offer the benefits of Teen Scene events in n age appropriate setting.
Field Trips:
Scheduled routinely, these group outings offer fun experiences as educational tools for all ages.
McCallum:
This venue offers several presentations during the year that are worthy of consideration. This is unique from other field trips in that it exposes students to the arts.
Family Events:
Gathering around fellowship and food with other homeschooling families is the primary objective for family events. Whether barbeques at a park or hayrides in Oak Glen, these occasions are a primary benefit between the Dchea families.
